For me, this painting represents a new stage in life, as it is a part of a series of paintings that reflect the transition into adulthood. It is a self-portrait featuring JOHN, my beloved cat, in my apartment. The painting includes all the iconic elements that typically make up a home: a plant, a laptop, a sofa, and a table. However, despite these familiar objects, the painting feels somewhat flat.
