Shipping Policy

For All Products:

  • International shipping is free! Delivery takes up to 30 business days, depending on the delivery address.

International Shipments Disclaimer: Please note that local taxes, customs duties, and handling fees may apply. These charges vary by country and are not included in the shipping fees paid at checkout. Customers are responsible for any additional charges imposed by their country's customs office.

Exchanges

For Posters, Framed Posters, and Canvas Prints:

  • Due to the nature of our printing process, we operate on a print-on-demand model, which means we do not offer exchanges. However, if you received the wrong item or if it arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

For Original Paintings:

  • Original paintings are one-of-a-kind art pieces; therefore, there is no option to exchange the product. However, if the painting arrived damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for assistance.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that means issuing a refund, providing a replacement, or offering store credit.

Return Policy

For Posters, Framed Posters, and Canvas Prints:

  • We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact us and include your order number and reason for return.
    2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
    3. Include your order number on the package.
    4. Ship the package to the address we will provide you in a response email.

For Original Paintings:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase for items that are unused and in their original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging. Please follow the same steps as above to initiate a return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 30 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

About the Products

Posters, Framed Posters, and Canvas Prints:

  • We use special packaging tailored to each product to keep them safe for the ride!
  • Unframed prints are printed on 200 gsm premium matte paper.
  • Framed prints are packed separately in one box and require final assembly by the end recipient.
  • Canvas prints use responsibly sourced wood for stretcher bars, mainly FSC certified wood.

Original Paintings:

  • Original paintings include descriptions below each item.
